Returns & Exchanges Information
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any items ordered and wish to return them to us for an exchange or full refund you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order by completing our returns form (available at www.handlehub.co.uk/returns-form.html or alternatively contacting firstname.lastname@example.org).
All items need to be returned and received by us within 20 days from date of purchase in the same condition in which you received them, in the original packaging.
Handlehub will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of the receipt of the returned items from the cancellation by either credit card or cheque. Handlehub will refund you the price of the Goods in full minus delivery charges. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the relevant Goods to us.
If any items are faulty we will of course refund you for the items and all postage costs incurred.
Please make sure that you have enclosed either a copy of your order, or your name with order number inside the parcel. All returns are the responsibility of you, the sender. We recommend using a recorded service when sending anything to us.
